Please do not waste your time here. This is a business that does not honor their commitments. My 7:30am appointment wasn't honored because of pure lack of customer service or accommodation. If you want to work with people that make their problems yours go right ahead. I made an appointment on Friday afternoon to come in on the following Monday 7:30am to check my brakes. I get both an email and a text messege confirming my appointment. I show up at 7:30am Monday morning and the door is locked. An associate walks over and 7:33 and unlocks the door. I say to the person good morning I am here for a brake inspection. The attendant says to me well you can drop it off I got appointments ahead of you. I say no I have an appointment for 7:30 for brake inspection and I made it to wait, not pick up. I made this appointment early morning and based my day off of it. The attendant says well the guy, someone else, doesn't even start till 8pm. You made the appointment with some off site website. I ask how is that my fault? I went to the Monroe website, your website, and I made an appointment. He said well I couldn't call you. I can fit you in at 10:30am. Instead of bothering to answer I left. I ma

The old management is gone. A few months back was my first time with new management I came in for an inspection and was told I need a brakes replaced or it will not pass inspection. I was surprised as he said it was too unsafe to drive. I had no indication driving the car that this was the case. But I agreed. Car had 52k miles. Seemed reasonable. The atritude was such that it was a huge job to have to do on the spot, but as a favor to me they would do it. I also had to give up 3 hours unplanned and wait for it. Not fun for anybody! The second time I came for oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted with that I was supposed to be there earlier. I advised the app said to drop off between 0730 and 1100. There was no firm drop off time. Again, I was made to feel like they were doing me a favor taking care of my car on an over booked day and he was short one mechanic. They did find dirty cabin and engine filters and upsold me on the one they had in stock. What he showed me was very dirty. But I just didnt have a good feeling with the front end person Dan. Im sad to say I am not trusting any of his findings anymore. I wont be back.

I was traveling in the area on Saturday afternoon and unexpectedly had an issue with my car. I was worried about driving all the way back to Brooklyn and so looked for a place open and close - came across Monro. I'm so happy I did. They took my car in immediately, quickly diagnosed the issue, and was able to fix it. And the cost was so reasonable! Thanks for the great service!

Had a great experience at Monroe Muffler. I had a 5 PM appointment for my inspection, but I accidentally went to the wrong location first. When I realized my mistake, I called Monroe and explained what happened. They were very kind, gave me clear directions along with a landmark to help me find my way. By the time I arrived it was around 5:30 PM, and I was immediately greeted at the counter. When I said I had an appointment, the employee responded with my name right away, clearly expecting me despite my delay. My car was taken in pretty quickly, which I really appreciated. The waiting area is open and a little uncomfortable, and the television setup is behind the customer seating, which made it difficult to watch. Other than that, the experience was excellent overall. I truly appreciated the later appointment time and, even more importantly, that they accommodated me even though I arrived late.

Professionally owned business with competent employees. Service provided was exactly what I needed and timely. I will use their services again. They are a Silverock provider thru Carvana. Answered all my concerns. I had them inspect my vehicle. I did keep it.
